I purchased a Flexsteel recliner lift chair from this store three years ago and purchased it because of the guaranty and the credibility of the store. A part on the chair broke and RH, the repair man, came out that day and assessed the chair. He stated that it would take upwards of two weeks to get the part in, but it arrived in a week and he came to repair the same day. Wow! I don’t know when I am going to buy another piece of furniture, but can honestly say Wright’s will be my only stop. Customer service is outstanding and the service and communication with people at the store is fantastic. They offer free delivery within fifty mile and go out of their way to meet customer satisfaction.

OMG.....Wright's Furniture is amazing. I walked in on Sunday, 2 minutes after they opened, explained that I needed a comfortable lift recliner chair with remote at a decent price, explained that my wife in her 60s just broke her arm, can not lay in bed due to the pain. I asked if there was any way they could deliver today so she could sleep in it tonight. The sales guy, Tanner said yes, he could do it. Great guy to work with, so nice and understanding. It's a Sunday even and he personally, with help on another guy who was awesome, delivered the chair with care and removed the not so comfortable chair. I highly recommend shopping at Wright's Furniture, I know we will.
